Being experts in reservations. We worked on a global reservation management which could work across industries to manage walk-ins too.
I worked on designing this product from ground up covering all the use-cases and product flows for the same. The focus was on keeping the main app very minimal as it would be used my security personnels in most cases.
Below are two product happy flows, one is of the queue manager app and other is a customer facing reservation widget.
Reservation widget can be triggered from various points Eg. scanning QR code, embedding on client’s website etc. I worked covering all use cases and designing high fidelity interactive prototypes.
